Update on my progress

Hi Everyone, It has been a very busy week or so, I am still involved with packing and planning to move my home and studio. I have been working with a mentor(?) to rework the design of my home page, with which I am not happy yet, I feel it is too dark and I do not like the red which has to be changed.. I have been told by visitors that it is not focused on my niche (home and Garden with some aspects of a flex store). At the moment is is better than it was with the stock banner. I have been to one of and will continue with the Monday night open coaching sessions. It was at one of those sessions that I was told that first time visitors would most likely arrive from an ad and would land on the product page rather than the home page. From there they would either buy or move on to other parts of my store possibly through the home page to other items in my catalog.

Thank you to all of you who have written to me, I hope all of you are doing well with your stores or store set ups. It does help to have someone take care of the tech stuff especially if you can do it one to one and see immediate changes online.
