I added automation to my crm so that as soon as I get a lead they get a text saying “Hey John, this is Ryan with Blue Stripe Window Cleaning
Thanks for reaching out! I’ll be giving you a call soon to get you scheduled for an estimate, when is the best time to call?”
And I feel like I’m not getting nearly as many responses back as I was before the automation, am I just missing something or is the wording to robotic? Thanks!
