I’m Tressa Rivera, founder of Survivor Media Group, Editor-in-Chief of Survivor Magazine, Army veteran, stroke survivor, advocate, and storyteller.
SMG was created from lived experience and built to help survivors, caregivers, veterans, families, and advocates better navigate life after stroke and brain injury.
Our mission is centered on the 5 R’s: Recovery, Resilience, Rehabilitation, Research, and Reform.
