I’ve been part of The Eddie System for about a year, and it has been a valuable addition to my journey as a certified project manager. What stood out was the practical, hands-on approach, especially the NOC simulations. They helped me apply PM concepts to real operational scenarios and strengthen my problem-solving and communication skills. Today, I work in a NOC role at a major tech company, and I can confidently say the experience helped prepare me for the role.

I really love The Eddie System. Even though I’m PMP certified, this program has given me much more hands-on experience. The PMO and phase-gate presentations have also helped me to improve my communication. For me, PMP provided the foundation, but this gives me the opportunity to practice it. I also really like the community aspect and being able to see how other people approach the same project situations. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I would recommend it to other PMs.

The Eddie System has helped me bridge the gap between knowing project management and actually performing as a PM. The realistic simulations have taken me beyond just understanding PM concepts to creating real deliverables and confidently presenting and defending my decisions during live phase-gate PMO reviews. I’ve seen a real difference in how I think, communicate, and approach decisions as a PM. For me, the experience has definitely been worth the investment.

I genuinely wish I had found The Eddie System sooner. Coming from a social work background, I had PM skills but didn’t know how to define or articulate them. I invested in other bootcamps that looked great but gave me little practical experience. Eddie’s System changed that.
