This week I started my army school for my eligibility for promotion next year. Was nervous going into the online portion of it. We had to do a paper and 10 minute brief. We only had bout 2 days to do both of them individually. I was super nervous going in because my goal is to get top of my class by the end of the course (its 5 weeks long). I definitely surprised myself with how well I have done. I got a 91/100 on my paper and 95/100 on my brief. Hoping yo continue to do this well over the next 4.5 weeks of class! This is only a class of 9 and I am the only female. In my job as a mechanic and also as a leader I feel like in some aspects I have to prove myself as a female being the military n my job is prominently males.
