Lies?
Can we talk about the lie hustle culture sold us?
For a long time I believed exhaustion equaled progress. If I wasn't tired, I wasn't trying hard enough. Anyone else fall for that one?
Here's what I've realized: burnout isn't a sign you're on the right track. It's usually a sign the system around your work is broken - too many moving parts, no automation, no boundaries, just constant reaction mode.
The people I see building genuinely calm, steady income aren't grinding harder than everyone else. They've simplified. They've built one or two solid systems instead of juggling ten half-finished ideas. They protect their energy like it's a resource worth protecting - because it is.
This isn't about doing less because you don't care. It's about doing less of the wrong things so you have room for the right ones.
So I'm curious - who else here has been caught in the hustle-crash-repeat cycle? What made you finally step back and change how you work? I'd love to hear what shifted things for you, even small stuff. Let's swap notes - this community exists exactly for this kind of honest conversation.
