Community security reminder
Hi everyone,
A quick security reminder following a recent incident in the community.
A profile was found using my name and profile photo and sending an unsolicited private message to another member about crypto trading. The account was not my genuine profile and appears to have been an impersonation attempt. It has now been reported to Skool and appears to have lost access to the community.
Please remember:
- Check the exact username before trusting a profile. My genuine Skool handle is @nick-pittaway-7579.
- Be cautious of unsolicited messages about trading, investments, guaranteed returns, or moving to another platform.
- I will never ask you for your password, verification code, wallet details, or money by private message.
- Do not click suspicious links or share personal, financial, or account information.
- If you receive anything suspicious, take a screenshot and report it to me or another admin rather than replying.
The safest approach is to pause and verify through a trusted channel. Thanks for helping keep the community safe.
