What if budgeting felt less like punishment, and more like figuring out how to make your money support a life you actually like?
I have ADHD, and long, boring systems don't survive very long in my world. So I use boundaries, flexibility and values instead.
My values include eating food, gift-giving, learning and creating. They guide my spending so my budget doesn't feel like deprivation.
The goal? To feel confident, capable and curious about money, with room for emergency savings, retirement, vacations, spontaneous splurges, and generosity.
Your budget can do the same. Let's use it to discover what you CAN do, not just what you can't.

I am so glad to have discovered The Five Money Trees. I've been doing 1-1 work with Rachael and it is really helpful and hopeful. I've spent years unsuccessfully trying to figure out how to manage money and finances. My brain scrambles numbers which makes it hard to do budgeting and financial planning. Rachael has shown me there are other ways to approach money in a way that works for my brain. This is huge. I'm incredibly grateful.

A space to understand your spending, even if you aren't a "budget person." Honest conversations, quirky questions... and the occasional donut analogy.
