MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Certification window: You have 60 days from the date your membership begins to complete certification, and may request one 30-day extension through Certification Support. If you do not finish, your membership continues for the rest of the year, but you remain Certification in Progress and cannot receive referrals until you finish.
Fees: Founding membership is $199 per year, limited to the first 300 members. Founding members keep this rate for as long as their membership stays active. Standard membership is $365 per year. Membership renews annually.
No refunds: All membership fees are non-refundable, including if certification is incomplete or membership ends early.
Certification is a voluntary professional commitment, not a real estate license, and does not guarantee referrals. By joining, you agree to these terms.
