My dear friend,
After two decades of semi-professional ski racing and a decade of intense spiritual & psycho-somatic exploration through breathwork, movement, meditation and plenty of books, I suddenly began to notice the Presence of God. An omnipresent, loving Intelligence that seemed to answer to prayer & give me Insights for my own life.
The more I practice, the more I feel His/Her/Its Power flowing through my life. To establish this connection further with God has become my greatest Source of Happiness, Guidance, Love & Purpose of my life.
This is why I created this sacred space. To share with you an authentic and honest practice that is bringing us closer to that which we call God. Through the tools shared you are able to move beyond your own mental/emotional patterns into a new perception of the Divine.
May we all- co-create Heaven on Earth. Within as without.
