Welcome to The Introvert Room — a low-pressure community for women 30+ who like people… just not all the time. 😂 Sometimes even social media is too social.
Here, you never have to perform, post every day, introduce yourself, turn on a camera, or explain why you’re quiet. You can come in, scroll, laugh, lurk, breathe for a minute, and leave when your social battery says it’s time.
We’ll talk boundaries, friendships, solo dates, homebody life, work, social exhaustion, awkward situations, and going Outside… But Not Too Much.
We’ll also have camera-off Quiet Room Zooms with soft, ambient music where you can exist together — read, journal, work, fold clothes, sip coffee, decompress, or say absolutely nothing. No surprise “jump on Zoom real quick” and no “everybody turn your cameras on.” Ever. 😭
Post if you want. Comment if you want. Lurk if you want. There is no pressure to be “on” here.
