Let me explain you how the project works:

Includes receiving one weekly Role Fit Series or Application Lab lesson by email.
Lessons are delivered by email with Substack.
- Role Fit Series:Knowing a role exists is not enough. You need to understand whether you’re actually ready for it. Each Role Fit focuses on one Identity role at a time
Examples include: IAM Architect, IAM Manager ,IAM Engineer ,IAM Consultant ,Identity Governance Specialist.
- Application Lab: For selected skills in IAM positions, we analyse: Interview preparation, required technical knowledge, common hiring mistakes, practical ways to build missing experience,...
Also, all members will have access to a Skool community where the lesson materials will be stored.
We plan to have all the roles analyzed and around 50 lessons by the end of September.
In addition to Substack, I will set up a community on Skool, which I will send you a free invitation to, and I will organize the content there, as it is easier.

With all the base content ready, we will hold sessions to analyze job offers, Q&A sessions, and specific member cases.
This will move to audio/video and will have supporting material.
At this point, the price for new members will increase significantly, but not for current members.
