Many leafs on the tree

I thought of the community when I saw this quote.

As a big fan of Rumi, this reminded me that unlocking the habit of writing is truly a gift.

I know a wish to see the big picture beforehand, to see the red thread and the big branches of the story. But truly, each leaf can only be known in the now of the year it lives.

We can’t see which branches will grow big and which ones won’t. The growth of the branches might only become visible over a decade, and we see the whole tree, its shape and presence as life passes.

Its full story remains a mystery.

Whats known is the leaf of today.

Then writing is like life, we walk of the path of today into the unknown of tomorrow. 🙏
