Club Principles: "Be someone you would want beside you when building the future"
The club is selective, but not snobbish.
Private, but not secretive.
Ambitious, but not transactional.
Intellectual, but not pretentious.
2. Ideas are meant to be challenged, people are not.
Debate vigorously. Question assumptions. Disagree openly. But never make disagreement personal.
4. Leave Self-Promotion.
No unnecessary self-promotion. No treating the community as a personal pool. Come to learn, contribute, connect, and build.
5. Generosity
Celebrate wins. Welcome newcomers. Ask how someone is doing. Share interesting news. Have conversations that aren't about work. Make introductions. Celebrate another member's achievement.
8. Technology should should ultimately protects individual autonomy, strengthens democratic participation.
Do not use the Club to scam, manipulate, harass, exploit, or take advantage of other members. Professional opportunities are welcome; unprofessional behavior is not.
