TAM has made a huge impact on me as an actor since I joined in December 2024. Moving from a strategic management position in the Emergency services to being an actor with no clue as to how to start, was very daunting until I met Derek and joined The Acting Masters. I have learned so much and now I'm a professional actor building my career in a supported and sustainable way all because of TAM and the coaches and community that's in it. And I have made lifelong friends along the way.Do it!

I've been with TAM since it's infancy back in 2022. Being a complete newbie with no prior knowledge, training or experience, joining TAM has propelled my acting career beyond recognition. Derek & all the coaches are incredible at breaking everything down & building up your understanding, ability & confidence as an actor. Whether a complete newbie or a seasoned professional, being part of this brilliant community offers the support, training, & industry insight actors need to develop & thrive.

I have never felt so much support from a group of strangers, TAM is a pure and honest community of actors and coaches who truly care and want to help others progress. If you want to learn more about yourself as an individual and Actor then join TAM, you won’t regret it.

When I first joined The Acting Masters, I had ambition but I didn’t always know how to turn that ambition into real progress. With Derek’s guidance, and the encouragement of the TAM family, I’ve grown so much both as an actor and as a person. I’ve been able to build credits, develop my CV and showreel, improve my craft and take real steps towards building the acting career I’ve always dreamed of. Every opportunity, lesson and piece of advice has helped me.

Three years ago, my brother Gulfarm felt lost and unsure about pursuing his dream of acting, and I felt helpless trying to support him. Finding Derek and The Acting Masters changed that. Since joining TAM, we’ve gained so much more than acting training. Derek’s guidance has helped us build Gulfarm’s CV, create his website, find opportunities, shoot his showreel in London and become part of a genuine acting family.
