👋 A new, practical community for established service-business owners who carry the whole business in their head, react all day, and wonder whether AI would actually help or just add complexity.
🧠 We start with mental load, because lightening it makes everything else easier.
Inside, we focus on:
⏳ Finding where time and capacity are lost
🔁 Building clearer, repeatable workflows
🤖 Finding where AI can genuinely help
🤝 Keeping human judgment where it matters
🗂️ Deciding what to fix now, next, and later
🐢 Rome not being built in a day!
🌱 It's a new community, and its direction will be shaped by the members who join.
🎯 For established service businesses with customers, a team or part-time support, and operational problems that are getting too expensive to ignore.
No AI expertise needed. Just a willingness to look honestly at what is making your business heavier than it needs to be.
See you on the inside!
