Charisma. AI. History. Confidence on camera. Fantasy football. Whatever's got its hooks in me that week. I gather everything I can find, put AI to work on it, test it in the real world, and come back with the short version — what actually matters, what to skip, what surprised me.
I'm not a guru. I'm a 47-year-old real estate agent and appraiser who's curious about too many things and tired of feeling behind on all of them. I've bought the courses. I've left them unfinished.
This is me actually doing the work, in public, mess included.
