Hey sis! You made it—and I'm so glad you're here. 💛
If you came over from Instagram looking for my Strength Training 101 Guide, I've got you!
One of the biggest misconceptions I hear from women is that they need to be already strong, fit, or know exactly what they're doing before they begin strength training.
Nope.
You don't have to be strong to start.
You start so you can become strong.
And we're not building strength just to lift heavier weights or change how our bodies look.
We're building strength for LIFE.
We want bodies that allow us to travel, work, play, carry the groceries, climb the stairs, maintain our independence, pursue our goals, and continue doing the things we love for decades to come.
That's why I created this resource.

I've attached your guide below. Inside, we'll cover:
💪🏾 What strength training actually is
💪🏾 Different ways to create resistance
💪🏾 Common strength-training myths
💪🏾 How to breathe during your exercises
💪🏾 Proper positioning and movement fundamentals
💪🏾 How to train safely and intentionally
💪🏾 Progress over perfection
💪🏾 Consistency over intensity
💪🏾 How to start where YOU are
But here's what I don't want you to do...
Download it, save it somewhere, and never look at it again. 😂
We're going to put this into ACTION.
Your first assignment:
After reviewing the guide, come back to this post and answer this question:
What's currently keeping you from strength training consistently?
Is it...
Time?
Not knowing what to do?
Feeling intimidated?
Fear of injury?
Not knowing how much weight to use?
Motivation?
Consistency?
Something else?
Drop your answer in the comments. 👇🏾
Your responses will help me create upcoming education and resources that address what you actually need—not what I think you need.
And remember, sis:
Progress > Perfection.
Consistency > Intensity.
Start where you are.
We're not simply working out.
We're building bodies capable of carrying our dreams.
Let's get stronger. 💪🏾
XOXO,
Coach Jacki
