For Football Coaches:
We build possession-based attacking teams that don’t rely on physicality or star players.
(see above)
I know. Most teach something else:
“Do ball mastery first”
“Individual first”
“Let them play”
Fine.
But starting with the individual makes it a player vs. player game: who’s stronger, or faster?
We do it the other way around.
We start with one TEAM idea: attack the goal together or pass back if we can’t.
That creates a narrow structure with fast, short passes. We call it Vertical Possession.
Now players have more options than "you vs. me." They can dribble, pass, or fake a pass. Creativity has no limit. If we use our brains, we can compete with anyone.
We can then develop players WITHIN the team, so you get smart, technical players.
Yes, it’s simple; but not easy. I’ve spent 15 years refining it from 7v7 to 11v11 at all levels.
I’ve put everything into a step-by-step roadmap to help you build a possession-based attacking team fast, plus my help if you get stuck.
