Monday, we turned the October mission into a weekly objective.
Tuesday, we talked about protecting that objective from the noise.
Now it is Wednesday.
This is the checkpoint.
Not the end of the week.
Not the time to judge the whole mission.
But late enough to ask:
Is the objective actually moving?
Because by Wednesday, something should be different.
The conversation should be scheduled.
The follow-up should be sent.
The first rep should be complete.
The decision should be made.
The responsibility should be delegated.
The proof point should be captured.
The problem should be clearer.
The project should have moved.
Maybe the objective is not finished yet.
That is fine.
But there should be evidence of movement.
If there is not, do not wait until Friday to discover the problem.
Diagnose it now.
Was the objective too vague?
Was the first action too big?
Did the important work lose to urgency?
Did you avoid the uncomfortable part?
Did you protect time but then give it away?
Did the objective depend on someone else and you never created the next move?
Midweek is where you correct that.
Shrink the action.
Move it earlier.
Send the message.
Ask the question.
Make the decision.
Clarify the next step.
Protect the next 30 minutes.
The goal is not to have a perfect week.
The goal is to prevent a stalled objective from quietly becoming next week’s problem.
So today’s question:
What evidence do you have that your weekly objective is moving, and if it is not, what correction are you making today?
Drop it below.
One objective.
One proof of movement.
Or one correction before Friday.
