Long before your thoughts form an opinion about a room, something in you already knows. Your body reads the temperature of a space, the energy between two people, the truth beneath a smile, all before your nervous system has finished registering the doorway. This isn't intuition as mystery. It's presence remembering itself. In corporate spaces especially, we're trained to trust the analysis and override the sensing. But that first knowing, the one that arrives before thought, before reaction, before the story you'll tell yourself about what's happening, is the clearest signal you have. It doesn't come from your mind. It moves through you. Learning to trust it isn't a soft skill. It's coming home to the instrument you already are.
