33 Dhekr is a Qur’an-centered sound-wellness, education, apothecary, and community-care organization rooted in remembrance, self-awareness, service, and Sunnatullah—the living patterns of Allah’s creation.
We explore Qur’anic reflection and dhikr, sound wellness, breath and nervous-system self-care, trauma-informed approaches, Mental Health First Aid, plant life, nourishment, apothecary education, creativity, discipline, purpose, and community service.
Rooted in Purpose is our formation pathway for those called to serve. Team membership requires consistent study, responsible conduct, commitment, and respect for boundaries. Advanced facilitation requires additional training, supervision, safety review, and authorization.
We do not diagnose, provide therapy, or claim to heal. We create supportive spaces for reflection, regulation, spiritual practice, growth, and responsible service. Muslims, new Muslims, people rebuilding their practice, and sincere seekers are welcome.
