If you're here, you're either: - An Operator: you run a business and want AI installed in it - An Architect: you want to build AI automation systems for other businesses Either way, you're in the right room. Drop a comment with: 1. Your name + where you're based 2. Operator or Architect (or both) 3. One thing you're trying to automate or build right now. I'll personally respond to every intro. Let's go.

Five minutes.
That's the window. Respond to an enquiry inside five minutes and your chance of closing it holds. Go past it and it drops off a cliff. Think about the last time you filled in a form somewhere and nobody came back to you for four hours. Did you sit and wait? Or did you go with whoever replied first? That's happening to businesses everywhere, every day. Not because they don't care. Because they were on a call, on a job, or asleep. You cannot hit a five minute window manually. Not consistently. Not at 11pm on a Sunday. But here's the part people miss. Speed isn't the only problem. Even when you do reply fast, you're guessing who's worth your time. You skim the enquiry, make a snap judgement, and either over invest in someone who was never going to buy or under invest in someone who was. A proper inbound pipeline fixes both. Responds in seconds, and decides using criteria you set once instead of a gut feeling at 9pm. Module 4 if you want to build it.

DAY 6
What's the one task in your week you'd hand to a machine tomorrow? Not the whole job. One task. The thing you do every week that's identical every time. The thing you put off until Friday. The thing you'd genuinely pay someone to take off you if it wasn't so small and fiddly to explain. Mine was pre-call research. Twenty minutes a call, looking someone up before I spoke to them. Same steps every time. It was the first thing I automated properly and I got about three hours a week back. Post yours. One line. I'll tell you whether it's worth automating, because some things really aren't. If it takes you five minutes a month, leave it alone. If it takes you twenty minutes a day, that's four days a year you're never getting back.

DAY 5
Go and count your dead leads. Post the number. Not your active pipeline. The dead ones. People who enquired months ago, went quiet, and never got followed up. Spend ten minutes and check all of these: • CRM records with no activity in 90 days • Spreadsheets from before you had a CRM • Instagram and LinkedIn DMs that trailed off • Quotes you sent that never got a yes or a no • Contact form submissions that only ever went to email Then post the number. Just the number. Here's why it matters. You already paid for every one of those. Ads, time, content, referrals, whatever it cost. That money is spent. Going back for them costs you almost nothing, and they convert better than cold because they raised their hand once already. Most people find between 50 and 500. Most are surprised. No business yet? Ask someone who has one. They'll be surprised too, and it's a good excuse for a conversation. Module 5 is how you wake them up. Count first.

Real
A verbal yes is not revenue. This one caught me properly. You have calls that go brilliantly. Someone says yes, let's do it, send the paperwork over. You add it to the pipeline. The pipeline looks enormous. And the bank account stays flat. I've had quarters where the scoped pipeline was worth many times what actually landed. Deals verbally agreed, proposals out, everyone enthusiastic. One deposit cleared. The number that matters is the one that cleared. So put both on your dashboard, side by side. Pipeline value next to deposits received. The gap between them is the most honest number in your business, and it'll tell you things a full calendar never will. A busy week and a paid week are not the same week. Anyone else been caught by this? What did your pipeline say versus what actually landed? Sent using Claude
