Today’s outfit started from the ground up: black Western boots with enough character to keep a brown suit from getting too serious. A black shirt with pearl buttons adds a little cowboy polish, because even a workday deserves a touch of Saturday-night ambition. The brown welt and stacked heels tie neatly into the suit—proof that a little coordination goes a long way. As for the helicopter, I requested a company car, but apparently someone misunderstood my commitment to arriving in style.
