I think given the timing of the delays and the law suits they have, they're just keeping the money for as long as possible and getting as much money as possible in interest. I'm sure eventually they'll pay out. But that's not the only issue with them, there's the random bans for no reason even on the first release on the account, the lack of customer service, the music missing from YouTube that happens every 6 months or so and having to piss around and getting it resubmitted. All my newer artists I've done on Ditto and Amuse, no issues so far and the July and August royalties have been paid from YouTube.
