New visual concepts, would love your feedback
Edit: I also refined the existing branding visuals for Skool (first image here). They also turned out quiet nice. A few days ago I asked which color you think of when you think of ADHD Harmony. Based on the feedback the team explored two directions. Would love to hear which one you prefer and why. Thanks!

I think this is actually addressing two separate elements: brand colors and layout. I personally like the layout of the original branding image. I think keeping that base layout and simply changing the gold elements to a vibrant blue or green could bring more of a feeling of growth, peace, and harmony while keeping the delivery focused and to-the-point. The two new blue and green layouts feel too busy. My eyes don't know where to focus first and the thought of going through each of those text blocks left-to-right feels like way too much work. I honestly clicked away from both without reading any of the smaller print.

⭐ Woke up to this little star this morning
Recently, I’ve shared LOTS of free value, and in return, I asked you to actively engage, support one another, and take your check-ins seriously. And many of you have actually done just that. And... as a result, we’ve moved up from 34th to 29th place in the “self-improvement” category on Skool. The top 30. That means I’m now among the top 1% of community builders on the platform, what a huge dopamine hit this morning when I woke up to see the star emoji. But let's be real... that badge is just as much yours as it is mine. Every like, comment, check-in pushes us up. Which means more people with ADHD can now find this place and get the help they need. You're all incredible. Thank you. 🙏

@Corinne Clements That's so beautiful! You made me get teary eyed because it's so very true. Here's to Jim and all the wonderful fish who've found their Skool😉🐠!
Morning, Afternoon, or Evening?
I’m curious how many people here function best at different times of day. Sometimes I will get a burst of clarity and energy at random times of day but I know from experience, I better get important things done first thing in the morning like exercise and phone calls (which I hate doing). How about you?

I've finally realized I have an ideal productivity window midday. I now plan my most important decisions and tasks for 11am-3pm. I have started blocking and protecting that time from distractions (as much as possible while corralling a 5-year-old). I am able to get so much more done each day just from recognizing and leveraging that small window where my highest energy, willpower, focus, and motivation seem to most naturally coalesce.
Week 6  -  Final Reflection & Letter to Future Self
Ok, others have been brave enough to share their final reflection so here's mine... Completed on 2/26/2026 Your Responses Six weeks ago, what was your biggest struggle? Be specific - not 'everything' but the one thing that hurt most. six weeks ago the thing that hurt most was that it seemed like no matter what i did what i learned how hard i tried what i tried i just kept repeating the same pattern, the same cycle, I was stuck in a loop. i would get optimistic because i was seeing something new, i was learning something, i thought i was doing better but it never lasted long and i couldn't stick with it, i couldn't keep going, it would all fall apart somehow, some way and i would go back to where i started, it was frustrating and disheartening. the procrastination, lack of motivation, lack of energy just seemed to keep knocking me back down and i just couldn't figure out how to get over that hump and make a change that would stick What story were you telling yourself about why you couldn't change? The story I was telling myself about why I couldn't change is that I'm just not good enough. I just don't have enough energy. I just don't have the right kind of focus or I'm just not committed enough. I'm just not capable. I would look for excuses, explanations, reasons in the outside world. I'm not sleeping enough. I'm sick. I'm not fit enough. I'm not strong enough. I'm not doing this right. I'm not doing that right. If I could just get myself to do this and that, then I'd be okay. Then I'd have the energy. Then I could do this. And it would be ok, round and round in circles, I was just stuck in that loop of, I needed to fix A so that I could do B. I needed to fix B so I could do C. I needed to fix C so I could do A. And I just couldn't get out of that fucking loop. And i repeated this over and over and over again so obviously it must just be me that is defective, incapable, weak. Other people can do it but I just can't no matter what I do What's the single biggest insight you gained? The one thing that changed how you see yourself or your ADHD.

Oh, Pam, thank you for sharing this with us!! And thank you for sharing in yesterday's call! I'm so glad we're in this journey together😀. It's been a truly transformational 6 weeks and like @Deanna Dalton said, we're just starting out on an incredible year ahead. Here's to letting go of the old limiting beliefs and unabashedly embracing who we truly are. You said it perfectly: "There's nothing wrong with me at all. There never was. I've just been trying to be somebody else and that doesn't work."

I LOVE books, music, and dance! If I could, I would read for hours each day, while listening to music, with occasional dance breaks. Alas, life...
