I don't know if anyone else finds themselves rewatching videos or listening to podcasts. Especially when they feel a need for motivation or a self reminder. I have found especially since becoming a dad saving these reminders and rewatching them when doing chores, as a reminder to myself that as dad's we should remember to find the adventures in the day to day, and get outside when we can. Gentlemen, The 12-week journey starts tomorrow! I know some of you have started a little early - which is great - but tomorrow is our official start... Make sure you have everything ready TODAY. Food shopping done, apps downloaded and connected, gym bag packed. For the first 2 weeks, don't beat yourself up if you miss anything. Aim to get 80% of sessions completed and 80% nutrition on point.
