What happens when someone tells you the next step 👣
I’m in the middle of my sprint with @Brenda Rigney and I want to share what’s happening, because it’s working so wonderful for me. (excuse if my english isn`t perfect...I´m from austria) For a long time I knew what I wanted with my Skool community, but not always what to do next. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄: 🎯 When someone tells you exactly which step comes next, you stop guessing and start building. Brenda gives me the next steps, I do them, we look at the results and adjust. That’s it. And it’s brilliant. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀...setting up all my automations, step by step, in the order that made sense: 📩 Quentn as my email system, own domain, GDPR-compliant (it´s a german system, works great in europe) 🌱 A 12-email welcome sequence over 36 days, reworked after Brenda’s feedback, with paths based on each person’s biggest challenge 👥 A separate flow for existing Skool members 🧭 A chronotype quiz as a lead magnet with a 5-day email series feeding into the welcome sequence 🎧 A free audio for the way home after a shift as a second entry point 📲 ManyChat on Instagram: keyword KOMPASS sends the quiz link, new followers get a welcome DM ⚡ Zapier connecting Skool to my email system 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜’𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱: 💡 If you want to grow your MRR as a solopreneur, automation isn’t optional. It’s what gives you back the time to actually serve your members. 🤝 And you don’t have to do it alone. Having a mentor who sees the whole picture saves you months of trial and error. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁: 🎉 today Skool’s Growth Boost reached me! I see a clear jump in visitors on my About page. I’m curious what it brings ❤️ Thank you, Brenda, for keeping me on track 🙏 Ps.: for anyone here who I thinking about joining Premium or VIP or even the 1:1 with Brenda: Ladies! Just do it. It´s so worth it 😍

Fantastic reflection!!
Email List Deliberations
Last year I got buried by tech overwhelm and ended up transitioning my podcast/blog/email list to substack… This has been great for me in a variety of ways in that substack helps with posting videos directly to YouTube, creating promotional images and short form content and it helps with driving traffic. I’m now looking at learning to host a summit and build community on Skool. Since I moved to substack I’ve stopped using kit… Substack does not have automations or connect with zapier…as I’m building out my foundations I’m wondering if I still just hold on having an email list (kit/flodesk etc) or if I maybe need to be intentional about having one in place for logistical communication outside of substack which functions more like a broadcast…. Curious thoughts and perspectives… Perhaps if I get consent for email marketing I can simply move Skool members to an email list once the need is apparent…. I have about 250 on my substack right now…
What is the extension for YouTube transcripts?
@Brenda Rigney what is the name of the extension you use for YouTube transcripts from the training today?

@Brenda Rigney thank you!
4,500+ members. 99 Premium members. A $10K month.
Sounds like a successful Skool community, right? But when I audited it, I found a BIG opportunity. They didn't need more traffic. They needed better conversions. In my latest YouTube episode, I walk through a REAL community audit and uncover 5 places revenue is leaking. The goal isn't to keep posting "Upgrade to Premium." It's to build a member journey that naturally moves people from Free → Premium → VIP. Community Is the Funnel. 🎥 Watch the full audit

Great watch following today’s foundation session
Last week was a good reminder that I am my audience.
I had so many ideas I wanted to bring to life, things I wanted to test, and things I wanted to finish for my community. But life had other plans, too. Work, family, and all the little things that need our attention. And I realized I was carrying too many open loops in my head. It's one of the reasons I care so much about mental load. Sometimes, we don't need another strategy to do more. We need a moment to put things down and make room to breathe. Because even the people building tools to help others need them, too. Have a great week !
