If you do what you’ve always done…
TAKING ACTION: ✅Share your three colorful fruits and/or veggies today! Remember, one of them needs to be green in color! ✅Do you eat better when you eat at home? Let’s talk about it in the comments below! You may not like what I have to say today, but that doesn’t make it any less true. Do you know one way that will help you reduce your processed sugar intake? Spend more time in the kitchen. I know, I know. It’s much easier said than done. We are all busy and have busy schedules. But what good is life if you lose your health in the process? When you spend more time in the kitchen, you naturally reduce the amount of processed food you consume, including processed sugar. For example, instead of choosing pre-packaged Chips Ahoy cookies, try baking a batch of cookies using a clean recipe. Instead of bagged potato chips or French fries, try buying potatoes and baking your fries. Spending more time in the kitchen will take a little sacrifice on your part, but the sacrifice will be well worth it, friend! It’s also a great way to get your family involved (and away from their screens for an hour or two 😉). Time spent in the kitchen is always time well spent. 💯 If you’re not used to spending time in the kitchen, you will have to change some of your habits. That doesn’t mean you have to spend seven nights per week slaving away. Start with one or two meals per week and see what happens! And remember…⬇️ “If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.” ― Henry Ford As always, use your personal invite link to refer friends and family to this platform and you will get monthly recurring commission for each month they’re active!

@Jennifer Hood I thought this is exactly what Aleaiah is teaching
Discipline over motivation
Woke up this morning and it felt like winter 🥶 I turned my alarm off and cuddled under the blanket But then I began to think how I’d be mad at myself for missing a gym day, how good I feel when I get my workout in So I got up and got ready. When I got in the truck to leave this was the temp and froze for most the time I was there. But I got it in. Not because I “felt” like it But I knew how much I enjoy it once I’m there So to any of you who struggle with discipline just stay on the path and remember your why I promise it gets easier

More on SUGAR!
TAKING ACTION: ✅Share your four colorful fruits and vegetables today! Remember, two of your choices should be green this week! Let’s crowd out the food that isn’t serving us! ✅What questions do you have about removing processed sugar? Share them below! Two weeks down. Two to go. 🌈 We’ve had a big month so far, intentionally cutting back on processed sugars and adding more colorful fruits and vegetables to our plates. The good news is that we aren’t slowing down anytime soon! This week, we have our monthly Feast Day and our 24-Hour Fast. Next week, we’ll participate in our Sugar Detox. October is showing up and showing out!! I have two challenges for you this week ⬇ 1. Weekly Color Challenge: Eat four colorful fruits and/or vegetables every day, with two of them being green. 🌈 2. Intentionally start removing as much processed sugar from your diet as possible. While our Sugar Detox doesn’t begin until next week, preparing your body and mind ahead of time can still help. This includes artificial sweeteners as well. Tomorrow, I’ll share a list of sneaky sugar names food companies often use in their ingredient lists. This list will help you identify sneaky sugars as you’re preparing for next week’s detox. 💯 Let’s set our intentions and crush our goals this week! 🔥
