You’re probably giving away too much for FREE.
I see this all the time when I audit communities. The thinking is: “If I make Free amazing, I’ll get lots of members and eventually convert all of them.” But you don’t need to convert everyone. If you have 500 members and 20% upgrade at $49/month, that’s 100 Premium members and $4,900 MRR. At $99/month? That same 100 members is $9,900 MRR. Free doesn’t need to contain everything you know. Free helps them get started. Premium helps them get the transformation. That distinction matters.

THIS distinction is so good. 🙌 Free helps them get started. Premium helps them get the transformation. I’ve been getting much clearer about that line in my own community lately and it makes SUCH a difference. 👀🔥

🔥 STOP TRYING TO GROW YOUR AUDIENCE ALONE
One of the biggest shifts I made in my business was realizing I didn't have to grow my audience one person at a time. I could get in front of audiences that already exist. That's where collaborations come in. But instead of randomly applying for everything you see, try this: Before saying YES to a collaboration, ask yourself 3 things: 1️⃣ Are MY people in this room? The audience matters more than how big the event is. 2️⃣ Does this help me grow what I actually want to grow? Email list? Visibility? Authority? Relationships? Sales? Different collaborations can do different jobs. 3️⃣ Do I have a clear next step for the people who find me? A great freebie. Your email list. Your community. An offer. Somewhere for that borrowed attention to GO. That's the part people sometimes miss. Getting in the room isn't the strategy by itself. It's: Right room → right people → right next step. And once you get comfortable getting into other people's rooms? You can take it one step further and build the room yourself — host the bundle, summit or collaborative event and bring multiple audiences together around you. So if you need more traffic right now, don't automatically think: “I need to post more.” Ask: “Whose audience should I be getting in front of?” 👀🔥 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- YOUR TURN 👇 Have you used collaborations to grow your audience yet? If YES — what have you tried? A summit, bundle, podcast, swap, guest training, something else? If NO — what room could you get into next? 👀 Drop it below — and bonus points if you commit to ONE collaboration move you're going to make. 🔥

🥰 Our 1st Level 8 📈
Congrats and a BIG THANK-YOU to @Kimberly Armatys who is going to get to Level 8 this week in our community!! She's a few points away from reaching this significant milestone. When you get to Level 8, you win a 1-year Premium Membership. ...but we're going to give her a VIP Membership because she's our first Level 8 and broke the record. Let's help her get there a little sooner. Drop some 🧡 in the comments for Kimberly!!

OMG Congrats .. HOW AMAZING!!!!!!! Well done :-)
Where are your members from?
It's incredibly important that you keep talking about your community and stay active on other platforms and in other Skool communities. Without visibility, you can’t just assume you’ll attract new members. As I’ve mentioned before, I’m basically just producing one longer video and then using AI to turn the transcript into social-media posts that are automatically shared on other platforms. In almost every one of those posts, I point to the product that you can get for free inside my community. My question for you: Do you do it the same way? Are you currently gaining members, and if so, from which platform?

Mine is definitely collaborations 🙌 A LOT come through my own events, but I also get people through the bundles, summits and other events I participate in. And I’ve built Skool into the path pretty much everywhere 😂 When someone grabs one of my freebies, I invite them into my community. It’s on my website, I share it on FB, etc. So for me it’s less about promoting “JOIN MY SKOOL” all the time and more about making Skool the natural next place people land once they’re already in my world. 👀🔥
My first Level 8!!!
@Brenda Rigney talked about the proven effectiveness of gamifying and the value of using leaderboards in our communities. Everyone agreed how exciting it is to see those notifications from skool when you've reached another level. Today I reached the most exciting level yet. I reached level 8 in my community!!!!
