Hey! This reel did particularly well. Probably the best since having the channel. I want to try to repeat this so that we can continue growing our follower count. Can you take a look at the reel and attached analytics and see how we can repeat it? https://www.instagram.com/reel/DeFJUimxOmA/?stkn=MWQ3MGE1em1tM3lsdA==

Hook was great!
Question of the day
Besides live defense what is the biggest difference you guys see in group training compared to private 1:1 training? My answer : I would say competition is the biggest difference. In group sessions, players naturally push each other to move faster, work harder, and compete with more purpose and passion. The energy of the group brings out another level in each player!
Passing skill work
Hey everyone, Wanted to ask how often the skill of passing truly gets worked on in your drills/sessions? Is it something you add to ballhandling? If so, how consistent are you with adding a passing component? Or is it more of an instinctual skill that improves over time with live reps and small sided game structure? Keep up the great work everyone

IQ is very hard to teach especially in a 1v1 setting which is why it's so important for players to be in groups settings while doing live reps.
New coaching position
I recently accepted a JV girls basketball coaching position after coaching girls middle school for 3 years. When taking over a new team, what do you prioritize first: culture, conditioning, offensive system, defensive identity, or skill development? Why?

That is amazing! Culture is huge especially when coming into a new program, showing your philosophy early will help show the players what you need from them! A strong culture will always beat X's and O's in my opinion.
