Passing skill work
Hey everyone, Wanted to ask how often the skill of passing truly gets worked on in your drills/sessions? Is it something you add to ballhandling? If so, how consistent are you with adding a passing component? Or is it more of an instinctual skill that improves over time with live reps and small sided game structure? Keep up the great work everyone

I started using passing a ton especially with my pro clients! Here is a cheat code get a heavy ball to incorporate different passing drills.

IQ is very hard to teach especially in a 1v1 setting which is why it's so important for players to be in groups settings while doing live reps.
New coaching position
I recently accepted a JV girls basketball coaching position after coaching girls middle school for 3 years. When taking over a new team, what do you prioritize first: culture, conditioning, offensive system, defensive identity, or skill development? Why?

That is amazing! Culture is huge especially when coming into a new program, showing your philosophy early will help show the players what you need from them! A strong culture will always beat X's and O's in my opinion.
Deuce Brand Balls 🏆🔥
After two sessions with the Big Ball, I have to say this is the best combo when it comes to development in my training. The small ball helps with control and mechanics. The big ball is light. It creates better shooting accuracy. These investments have an instant ROI! Highly recommend 🏀 More content coming 🦍

My personal favorite is hearing kids accomplish their goals such as making a team they were working towards!
