@Glennetta Nichols whew this is a heavy question! It's a process that I'm still walking out. I think the first step is to know that God can handle your anger. That was a big thing for me. Many times when we're angry with someone we stop communicating with them. However, I choose to take my anger to God. We've had many conversations where I told Him how angry and hurt and resentful His decision made me. One of the things that softened my heart a bit was that even in my anger I could still see God moving in my life. So my advice to them is to keep talking to God! He hears us and He responds even in the midst of our anger. I believe that as they keep an open line of communication with the Father things will be revealed and their maturity will start to grow.

@Ralphael Robinson Apostle this is a tough question to answer. Honestly, I'm still a little shy about creating a consistent spiritual culture in my home. First, because I'm not sure what that looks like for us and secondly because it's just a vulnerable place for me that I have difficulty openly displaying. When it's just me and God it's easy to put it all on the table. I can snot, cry, and yell. I can be completely me. I don't have to pray a certain way or use scripture. I can just talk to my Father. I don't have an example of what it looks like to create a spiritual atmosphere in your home.
Identifying Breaches At The Gate
First, Allow Me To Reaffirm That My Gates Are Family, Church, And Community (Women). These Are The Areas Where I Believe The Lord Has Positioned Me To Watch, Guard, And Steward With Intentionality. As I Pause And Reflect On The Questions Presented, I Must Admit That They Are Deeply Sobering. Yet They Are Necessary. They Force Honest Examination And Create Space For The Adjustments That Must Be Made In Order To Stand Faithfully In The Place God Has Assigned. In Truth, I Believe I Experienced Seasons Of Spiritual Decline. Allow Me To Explain. There Were Times When I Was Deeply Active In My Prayer Life And Watches, Faithfully Walking In The Word And Spending Meaningful Moments In Intimacy And Worship With God. However, There Was Also A Season, One I Have Only Recently Come Out Of, When I Felt Barren And Unproductive In My Assignment And Calling. As I Reflect On Identifying Breaches, I Must Acknowledge With Honesty That I Lost Focus On The Assignment And The Seriousness Of The Responsibility Attached To It, Because All I Saw And Felt Was My Own Woundedness. Root Cause: The Root Cause Of The Breach Was My Inability To Consistently Walk In Emotional Stability And Spiritual Maturity During A Time Of Intense Pressure. The Enemy Strategically Used The Very Area I Am Called To Guard As A Point Of Assault And Attack, And Those Attacks Seemed To Come Simultaneously From Multiple Directions. Yet, In Hindsight, I Recognize That This Season Was Not Without Purpose. It Allowed God To Confront And Heal Areas Of Rejection Within My Heart And Grant Me Grace To Forgive. Through This Process, He Brought Forth Revelation, A Deeper Understanding Of My Position As A Gatekeeper, And Sharper Discernment Regarding The Tactics And Weapons Of The Enemy. Even In Affliction, The Hand Of God Was At Work. Truly, It Was Good That I Was Afflicted. Initial Restoration Insight: The First Step Toward Restoration Was Honestly Acknowledging That I Had Dropped The Ball For A Season And Taking Full Ownership And Accountability For My Actions. From There, There Had To Be A Deliberate Return To Consecration And Repentance. This Was Necessary So That I Could Be Restored And Realigned, First And Foremost With The Father, And Then With The Assignment He Entrusted To Me. Only From That Place Of Restored Alignment Can I Effectively Stand Watch And Guard The Gates Entrusted To My Stewardship.

@Sabrina Roosevelt this is good! I feel like I'm right here with you. I just can't seem to fully commit to getting back on track. I can identify the breaches there for me and I feel like they will take time to repair but I have to keep plowing in the meantime. I love that you took accountability for your breach. That's something that's lacking these days. What differences have you noticed in thr way you guard your gates since the breaches have been repaired?
Identifying Breaches at the Gate (Week 2 Discussion Post)
Gate Reminder: In Week 1, I identified the marketplace gate, specifically the healthcare and pharmaceutical field. This is the area where I believe I have been positioned to influence, especially in the development, approval, and distribution of medications that directly impact people’s health and quality of life. Breach Identification: One of the major breaches I see within this gate is a lack of accountability and an overemphasis on profit rather than patient well-being. Many medications are widely used even when they carry serious long-term side effects or can cause damage to major organs. There also seems to be confusion in priorities—financial gain often comes before safety, prevention, and holistic healing. This creates a system where people rely heavily on drugs without always understanding the full risks involved. From my personal experience working as a pharmacy technician, especially in a work-from-home role dealing with prior authorizations, I have also seen how the system itself needs improvement. Some of the challenges of working from home in this role include lack of clear communication, unrealistic productivity expectations, limited support from management, and job instability due to constant system changes. These issues not only affect employees but also slow down the prior authorization process, which directly impacts patients and providers. Root Cause: I believe this breach has developed over time because of pressure from the pharmaceutical industry, competition in the marketplace, and a system that rewards profit more than compassion. When success is measured mainly by sales and revenue, it becomes easier for integrity and accountability to weaken. In addition, leadership is often disconnected from the daily struggles that patients, pharmacy technicians, and healthcare providers face. Initial Restoration Insight: Restoring order to this gate must begin with accountability, transparency, and a patient-first mindset. One way to improve the system would be to create a more organized and supportive structure for prior authorizations and billing that benefits employees, patients, and providers. In addition, as I continue to pursue my education in pharmacy, I would love to create medications that are much safer and cause fewer harmful side effects. Instead of relying heavily on synthetic ingredients and chemicals, I would rather be part of the solution by helping develop treatments that truly support the well-being of people. With the help and guidance of the Holy Spirit, I believe it is possible to bring integrity, compassion, and healing back into the healthcare marketplace.

@Ludie Lupoe this is so good. As a healthcare professional it truly bothers me how quickly providers prescribe medications. They rarely take the time to explain how the medication works or its side effects. So many ailments can be managed with diet and exercise. On the flip side, many patients aren't interested in lifestyle changes that will promote better health. They would just rather take the pill because often times that's what was done in the generations before them. Usually by the time the patient is seen by a provider the condition has advanced beyond the preliminary stages. How would you suggest we create a balance between lifestyle changes and taking medications?
What Gates Has God Authorized Me to Influence
Purpose: This discussion helps you identify the sphere of influence (gate) where you carry spiritual responsibility, authority, or burden. Instructions Create a discussion post (approximately 200–300 words) responding to the following prompts 1. Gate Identification: What gate(s) do you believe God has positioned you to influence? Examples may include: • family • church • business • education • community • government • marketplace 2. Evidence of Authorization: What experiences, opportunities, or burdens indicate that God has positioned you there? 3. Current Level of Influence: Describe your present level of influence in this gate. 4. Spiritual Burden: What issue or concern within this gate weighs on your heart?

@Ralphael Robinson Great question Apostle. What comes to mind is a spiritual and a natural healer. One of the things I will offer to my patients is prayer! Sometimes we just need to know that someone is standing in the gap for you and yours. I also don't want to make a diagnosis or treatment decision without consulting God. I expect to hear from Him concerning His people. I'm not just there as a Healthcare provider but also as proof that no matter what happens you can and you will persevere.
