What have you learned?
Non stop anger energy coming out
I am not sure what Shakra is being activated but it’s triggering all anger inside me and I can feel my body releasing this hot energy that feels like an ange from my body is that the solar plaxes activation or heart Chakra it feels like all chakra are activating and releasing all the past shit from my people pleasing patterns My question for you can you recommend me anything to do or drink or quotes or anything that would calm down this anger. And also I am in a hermit mode and sometimes I feel that I am isolated from my tribe and all the people surrounding me are all karmic and I am stuck between timelines .

Anger is usually held in the throat chakra, often felt in the chest between the throat and the heart. Releasing it through the throat is good so the energy can flow freely from the heart to the throat bringing love and feminine energy through. Try a little ceremony where you use Rose petals or Rose oil on the chest and visualise the beautiful softness of the heart like Rose petals moving though you. NAME IT A REMEMEVERING CEREMONY where your gentle feminine energy can move through your body and call your soul into remembrance and peace 💗💞
Stepping into Purpose
Soulfully grateful to be stepping into Purpose and knowing the blessings of following the direction and holding of the UniVerse. Grateful for all of the encouragement and coaching from Aaron, Matt and Victor, particularly in stepping into purpose with commitment, courage, compassion and dedication through various terrains and seeming blockages and keeping focus and effort throughout. Holding true to oneself and ones calling throughout all odds. There's a deeper freedom within the knowing and the experience of allowing your purpose to unfold. Remaining within deeper awareness, and allowing surrender to the Divine to articulate your every breath and movement of being is fulfilment of the highest level. Its an honour, and its a movement of gratefulness and love.

@Isaac Hobson thank you, I think living with gratitude is perhaps my biggest quality if being, your comment made me reflect on that. Thanks for that
Watching the Movie, Trusting the Ending (aka My Inner Panic Manager Has Resigned)
Lately, I've been experiencing almost the opposite of what I used to feel. I'm navigating major life changes, difficult decisions, ongoing legal matters, family challenges, questions about where I'll live next, and some surprisingly disappointing behaviour from people I've helped and supported for decades. On top of that, my to-do list has become so ambitious it's starting to look like a military operation. 😅 A few years ago, this combination would have turned my nervous system into a full-time theme park. Stress rollercoaster. Overthinking ferris wheel. Catastrophising haunted house. Open 24 hours a day. And in control mode. Instead, I find myself wondering: "Am I crazy?" Because despite everything, I feel calm. Deeply calm. I sleep well. I think clearly. I don't have endless waves of unnecessary emotions hijacking my day. I enjoy my coffee. I enjoy the sunshine. I enjoy the people who show up with love. And underneath it all, there is this quiet certainty that everything is already working itself out. Not because I know exactly how. Not because the ground beneath me isn't moving. But because I've discovered that my sense of safety no longer depends on the ground standing still. I can pause. I can observe. I can choose. I can act. And then I trust and let go. The best way I can describe it is this: It feels like watching a movie after you've already seen the ending. The plot still twists. The characters still surprise you. There are moments of uncertainty and tension. But somewhere deep inside, you know everything turns out exactly as it should. So you stop gripping the armrests. Simply unwind, observe, and savor the full life experience instead of fixating solely on the dramatic moments. Maybe this is what happens when the nervous system finally learns that peace isn't the absence of challenges. Peace is what becomes possible when the body stops treating every challenge as a threat. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ 🍾💫 So today I'm celebrating the new version of me that somehow landed softly, gracefully, and with surprisingly little turbulence in this chapter of life. 🙏❣️

Ditto 💫💞🙏 celebrating with you
Tired
Is anyone else tired of the constant bombardment of noise, the click this, buy this, look here, watch this, always pulling and pulling and stringing you out further and further. It leaves this feeling in my soul, an asphyxiation. It feels like a deep sea fisherman dragging a trawler, dragging everything that it means to be alive, to exist, to feel deeply, to be truly present, to suffer and to be in joy up and out onto the surface level where only superficial things can be experienced. I am caught in this net and I know it. I see myself partake in behavior deliberately to lose the moment because it is painful. I know this pain is beautiful. This pain is the oxygen that my soul cries for. But the feed has me, surfing from one fix to the next.
