Wrapping Up Our Week In Being "Visibly Inclusive." FRIDAY ACTION: REVIEW THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE We are wrapping up our Making Our Businesses Visibly Inclusive week by looking at the full customer journey. Think about every step someone takes with your business, from discovering you online, visiting your website, filling out a form, booking a service, making a purchase, attending an event, or contacting you for support. Now ask: Would an LGBTQ+ customer feel seen, respected, and safe throughout that entire experience? Look for gaps between what your business says and what customers actually experience. - Are diverse people represented in your visuals? - Are your forms and language inclusive? - Are policies easy to understand? - Would someone feel comfortable asking questions or raising a concern? Does your customer service reinforce the same welcoming message as your marketing? Friday Action: Choose one improvement that will make your customer experience more welcoming, respectful, and inclusive. Small changes matter when they create greater trust, belonging, and connection.

It's great to be back in the swing of things here and I have enjoyed catching up with a few of you and looking forward to re-connecting with more, old and new. On that note, let's do a Roll Call of our active members. As we get ready to get back on track to growing our businesses collectively and supporting each other as part of our community, I want to see who is looking to work and grow with other business leaders in making our businesses better and authentic to living our true stories. As we plan the road ahead, we want to make sure we are all getting something out of it and also, those who are interested in being a part of the solution and contributing here, are being seen. Call off the hounds Success Syndicate Fam, I have returned and am looking forward to being full-time active again. I hope you all had a fantastic Pride Month in June. Suffice it to say, it has been a fairly traumatic couple of months for me and all going on in my life outside of the Syndicate. First off, THANK YOU to all that kept our little corner of the universe going... @Danielle Morris @Shanti Gold @Art Smith @Richard Jones @Eli Del Rio who have been in and shown leadership in the group, I give you my heartfelt thanks for keeping the lights on! I have to apologize for the disappearance to ALL members new and old as well for no explanation. I posted that I would recap for you and honestly thought I did, but seems as if I never posted the post and I have not checked in on the site since that day I thought I posted. Short version for everyone, I went through a depression with the anniversary of my mom's death and the passing of my close friend and Syndicate Member, Jonny Shuffield. Then I had my own health scare and financial issues that I am continuing to deal with, but have a bit more of a handle on, but will still have some issues for a while. If you want to know more, I am ready to talk about it and you can DM me and we can have a catch-up chat soon. I will be in our Thursday Success Chat tomorrow to catch up with you all and to see what has been discussed while I have been gone and where we can go in the future.
