🥩 HOMEWORK: Is Your Carnivore Diet Actually Complete?
After watching The Carnivore Nutrient Deficiency Switch, I want you to audit what you're actually eating, not simply call it “carnivore.” Your homework 👇 🥩 1. List the animal foods you ate over the last 3 days. Beef? Eggs? Dairy? Seafood? Sardines? Pork? Liver? Shellfish? 🧂 2. What type of salt are you using? Iodized or non-iodized? 🔍 3. Which ONE nutrient from the video surprised you most? Magnesium? Thiamin? Calcium? Vitamin C? Iodine? Something else? 💡 BONUS: Is there one animal food you could add or rotate to broaden your nutrient coverage before automatically reaching for another supplement? Post your answers below. 👇 Remember: “Carnivore” tells me the label. Your food tells me the biology. Eat Based On Your Biology, Not Ideology™ 🧬🥩

@Maurice Daher i also eat sardines without bones twice a month. And a small amount of raw frozen liver , a couple times a month. The salt I use is Redmond's and Icelandic Sea salt. I probably need to start consuming sardines with the bones and more liver more often.

What Is Your Body Telling You Right Now?
Quick check-in with everyone today. ❤️ Forget about being perfect for a minute. I want you to think about the **last 7 days** and tell me one thing: **What is ONE signal from your body you would most like to improve right now?** It could be: ❤️ Blood pressure ⚡ Low energy 😴 Poor sleep or waking during the night 🩸 Blood sugar 🧠 Brain fog 🔥 Digestion or reflux 💪 Strength or recovery 🫀 Cardiovascular health ⚖️ Stubborn belly fat 🦵 Cramps or circulation 🥶 Feeling cold 😰 Stress or anxiety 🍽️ Hunger or cravings 💩 Digestion/bowel movements Or something completely different. Then tell me: **1. What is the symptom/problem?** **2. When is it usually at its worst?** **3. What have you already tried?** Don’t overthink your answer. Sometimes one symptom gives us a clue about a much bigger pattern happening underneath. I’ll go through the responses and give you my thoughts. And if I see several people struggling with the same issue, **I’ll turn it into one of our upcoming lessons or Lives.** Remember: Don’t just chase the symptom. Find the signal. Eat Based On Your Biology, Not Ideology™ Fix the signal. Everything follows.

@Maurice Daher i can relate to several of these symptoms, but probably consistent sleep would be my main concern today. I try to keep a quiet evening routine and take supplementsI take supplements that are conducive to relaxation and sleep. I wake up, go to the restroom and then my brain can't shut off.
🧬 Would You Be Interested in a Peptide Educational Series?
Hey everyone, I’m considering adding a full educational series on peptides to the community, and before I start building it, I want to hear from you. Peptides have become incredibly popular, but there is also a lot of hype, confusion, and questionable information surrounding them. Some have meaningful human research behind them, while others are supported primarily by animal studies or early mechanistic evidence. My goal would be to break them down the same way we approach everything else here: biology first, evidence first, ideology last. We could explore peptides such as BPC-157, KPV, GHK-Cu, TB-500/Thymosin Beta-4, PT-141, GLP-1 related peptides, and others, looking at what they do, the pathways they influence, the quality of the human evidence, potential risks, and areas such as cardiovascular health, metabolism, recovery, body composition, sexual health, and longevity. This would be an educational series, not simply “here's a peptide, take this.” I want you to understand the biology well enough to separate promising science from marketing. Would this be something you'd like me to add to the community? And which peptide or area would you want me to cover first? Drop your thoughts below. 👇 Eat Based On Your Biology, Not Ideology™

I really don't know about them. Peptides, that would relate to heart health would be my first choice. If there is such a thing.
What Has Carnivore Actually Taught You About Your Own Body?
One thing I’ve learned after years around carnivore is that the diet itself is only part of the story. Two people can eat almost the same foods and have completely different experiences. One person feels better with more fat. Another feels heavy, nauseated, or gets loose stools. One sleeps better. Another starts waking up in the middle of the night. One sees amazing triglycerides and glucose, while another watches ApoB climb. One does perfectly well with beef and salt for a while, while another eventually starts noticing issues with magnesium, iodine, digestion, energy, or recovery. That is why I keep coming back to the same idea: Eat Based On Your Biology, Not Ideology™ I’m curious about your experience. Not what you think carnivore is supposed to do. What has your own body actually taught you? Has your biggest lesson been about: fat intake, sleep, energy, electrolytes, digestion, bloodwork, weight loss, fasting, stress, or something completely different? For me, the longer I study this, the less interested I become in asking whether carnivore is “good” or “bad.” I’m much more interested in the pattern. What changed? What improved? What became harder? What did you have to adjust? Sometimes the most useful lesson is not that a diet worked or failed. It’s that your body gave you feedback and you learned how to listen to it. So I’d love to hear from everyone: What is the single biggest thing carnivore has taught you about your own biology? There is no right answer here. I think this could be a really interesting discussion because we may start seeing patterns across the group that are easy to miss when we only look at our own experience.

I just feel better eating carnivore. -no bloating -less cravings -more satiated -clear hunger signals -significant weight loss I wish my sleep was more consistent. But it may not be caused by what I am or am not eating. Stress, concern for dogs, family, living away from my home with my elderly mom???....

@Maurice Daher i also will start checking my blood Glucose more frequently. For a while , I was checking it in the morning and it was always higher than it should be , but rarely checked it any other time of the day. I don't know if I can obtain a CGM without prescription. i will go to the doctor in a few weeks and have more blood work done as you recommend.
