Agency Sales w Aaron Brewer been uploaded in the course! Here’s the recap of what we went over if you missed it: 🚀 Sales Call Framing, Confidence & Presence Recap 🌟 Wins to Kick Off - Four new trials are lined up, with ads going live that night. - Ash is still closing deals despite the challenges he’s seeing on calls. - He identified specific areas to improve, including speech, framing, and his sales-call presence. - He’s already taking action on his Zoom setup and plans to improve his background and overall presentation. 🖥️ Training / Coaching Highlights - A major focus was frame and conviction. When you show up with strong conviction and self-respect, people are more likely to naturally fall into your frame. - Your intention matters. Asking someone to turn their camera on should come from wanting to have a higher-level business conversation and serve them well—not from trying to extract money from them. - If a prospect refuses to use their camera, don’t force it. You can simply turn your own camera off and continue the conversation like a phone call. - When someone wants to review the contract before signing, that’s okay. Give them a quick overview, let them review it, and schedule a follow-up if needed. - Payment can typically be collected before going through the contract in detail because the money is usually what creates the strongest feeling of commitment. - The goal of the sales call is not to force someone to buy. The goal is to help them make the best or “optimal” decision based on the information available. 🎯 Frameworks & Strategies - Be the Earth: Your conviction and self-respect should create enough gravitational pull for the prospect to naturally enter your frame. - Intention → Frame: If your intention is service, leadership, and working with high-level business owners, your communication will naturally feel stronger. - Optimal Decision Framework: You are not responsible for controlling the prospect’s decision. You are responsible for giving them the information and guidance they need to make the best decision available. - Contract Flow: Collect payment first when appropriate, then review the agreement and clarify anything the prospect may misunderstand. - Speech Practice: Recite your sales frame 100 times to build confidence and improve delivery. - Pencil Exercise: Practice speaking with a pencil in your mouth using tongue twisters, your frame, or parts of your sales pitch to improve enunciation. - Tongue Twister Drill: Record yourself projecting loudly from across the room while saying five different tongue twisters 10 times each. Do this daily for one week. - Show Up Like a Professional: Avoid a messy background, overly casual clothing, or looking unprepared. Your presentation affects how prospects perceive your ability to lead them.
