Lesson 1 Exercise: Shifting Lack
This exercise is a short way to catch “lack language” while it is happening. It replaces it with one finished present statement. Lack language keeps attention on what is missing. The body often follows that focus with tension, urgency, or collapse. A finished statement gives the body a different instruction. It creates a cleaner place to stand. Examples Lack line: “I need more time.” Shift line: “This is enough.” Lack line: “I hope this works out." Shift line: “This works out.” Practice Set a two-minute timer. -Write one lack sentence that has been repeating today. -Cross out one lack word in that sentence. -Rewrite the sentence as one present, finished line that begins with “I am” or “This is.” -Say the finished line once. -Take one small action that matches the finished line, under two minutes (send the message, open the document, drink water, pay one small bill, stand up and breathe). Reflection question: Which word shows up most often in lack sentences

Jason I love this and it goes right to the word casting spells.... spelling... We create as we speak! this exercise is so transformative and something we can all ensure we consciously engage with... The mind loves it's old scripts as they're familiar. We have the power to reclaim the driver seat and I love that. Your exercise is that exact movement!

Welcome to Rise Plus. The Classroom is optional if you already have an idea of who you are and what it is you are about. This is a table of contents with links to the other threads or channels. It’s going to be a permanent pin under General Discussion for quick reference. The Lessons are under the horizontal menu bar, Classrooms. When you complete a lesson, please click the top Right Corner of the window that pops up so it goes green. This helps you keep track of your progress. (See the second picture below.) Clicking Like on other peoples comments and pots helps them gain points which unlocks more content and lessons. Commenting and responding to other people helps Rise Plus gain better ranking in Skool Discovery. 20 Likes are needed to unlock certain Classrooms. Each lesson might have some exercises for us to work on. There will be a link to the relevant thread under Rising (How do I?). Rising (How do I?). This is where questions go. This is also where crafting goes. If you don’t know where something fits, post it there. If you have a WIN or an accomplishment you would like to let us know about, it goes in Thriving, as a response. Everyone deserves an accolade and a pat on their backs for a job well done. Weekly Tarot has a regular post where people can ask for a 1 card tarot reading. Certain rules apply. I will post other tarot card or oracle readings on occasion. This will eventually become a paid feature required a subscription to access. The Grove is about being seen and witnessed. You’re welcome to share something you’re carrying like a realization or a transition you are going through. Short is better. This container does have a format to follow. Please respond to the original post in the link, and do not make a new thread.

I Accidently Took Home That Ghost (Attachment Clearing)
Last night, I was working on a biography for myself on a ghost hunting website. The AI I was using to help with ideas told me to write a post about ghost hunting, and offer that as a link. This was late at night. This is what I came up with. My question to the people in Rise, What are your experiences with ghosts? Imagine getting home at 2 a.m. after an investigation, or exacting adventure with things that are not there. We find out that something from the investigation seems to have followed us. Sleep will not come easily. Our skin may still prickle. Your cat may sit in the doorway and stare at something you cannot see. That does not automatically mean you have an attachment. It does mean that a little clearing before bed can save you a lot of trouble later. During a hunt, a spirit can draw energy from investigators to make noise, move things, or interact with the environment. That energy can mix with the investigator's energy during the contact. Some of the spirit's energy can stay behind on the investigator after the hunt. I call that leftover energy spirit residue. When I am feeling lazy, I call it ectoplasm. Ectoplasm is not really the correct word. It works for this purpose. Older locations can be worse for residue than fresh encounters. An old building can have decades of emotional and spiritual activity tied to it. Death, grief, violence, fear, and repeated paranormal activity can all become part of the atmosphere of a place. Fresh energy tends to clear faster. Energy that has been sitting around for years can be much more stubborn. The problem with a quick cleansing is that energy has to go somewhere. If it gets pulled off the investigator without being directed, there is no reason to assume that it simply disappears. A partner can pick it up. A pet can pick it up. Clothing can pick it up. Bedding can pick it up. That is why I do not like the idea of simply washing something off and calling the job finished. My own routine is simple. I use warm salt water and ordinary table salt. I wash my hands before touching anyone at home. In my practice, the hands have chakras that can hold stagnant energy. The hands are also where a lot of energetic contact happens during an investigation. They are a practical place to start.

I've had many experiences with humans who aren't ready to leave this plane. For me they have all been teaching moments.💯. I will read your work here!

This - That energy can mix with the investigator's energy during the contact. Some of the spirit's energy can stay behind on the investigator after the hunt. I call that leftover energy spirit residue - has been witnessed DIRECTLY. An initiate was on a trip overseas... A place was visited that had a LOT of heavy energy... The place was a old stone outbuilding. Clearly less than kind thuihad gone on there and the entitie or entries energetic expression was still there. The person visiting felt it and needed to leave. Back to the room and was instructed to go through a banishing. As that concluded we felt the enegies attachment place and we removed it together. Very real experience... And very tiring... Your words here Jason are most assuredly necessary and well founded .

Often, people can't stay focused because they haven't taken the time to clear out their unique versions of distractions. Some people focus well listening to music, or next to an open window. Others hate such things and find themselves unable to pay attention. This exercise teaches you: - Which research-backed triggers work for YOUR brain - What helps you lock in and stay there - How to build a reliable focus setup Pick ONE of the following to test during a15-60 minute span of time. -Pick ONE micro-goal (not "work on project") to finish. -Pick something 10% harder than what you did yesterday (slightly out of comfort zone, not overwhelming) -Work for 90 minutes straight (no breaks matches your brain's natural attention cycle) -Turn off all distractions (phone in other room + notifications off + close every tab except one) -Add real stakes (tell someone you'll send them your work in 60 min, or you owe them $20 if you check your phone) -Change your environment (work somewhere completely different—library, coffee shop, different room, outside) -Engage 3 senses at once (stand while working + play music + drink coffee, OR walk + voice record ideas + hold something textured) After testing, post: -What I tested: [number]Task: [what you worked on] What happened: [stayed focused / got distracted / time disappeared] Keeping it: [Yes / No / Maybe] Example: What I tested: #1 (One micro-goal) Task: Writing client email. What happened: Finished in 15 min instead of stalling for an hour. After posting, reply to 2 people (if people responded to this) After testing 3, post your exercise: What works for me: [the 2-3 triggers that help you focus] Example: What works for me: One micro-goal + 90-min block + all distractions gone Why this matters: Flow triggers are proven to work, but they're individual. Testing shows you which ones fit your brain. Sources: Csikszentmihalyi (Flow research), Kotler (Flow triggers), ultradian rhythm studies

I've always changed my environment.. Works every time. Anytime I add more pressure, shrinking the orifice of execution, the log jam of output always increases.

@Jason Hottel Interesting point.. I see the ever expanding container paradoxically.. Neither good nor bad but in some instances the expansion allows for pause to have the gap so response can be attained in a non fragmented fashion (for me this is when I intentionally pause and speak slower or repeat the query).. In the early stages of my unfoldment a larger container often was a place of avoidance.. more corners to store things I'd rather not face or admit or peer into. At present.. chaos is a space I welcome as just pure potential depending on perspective of which I as the non local point of knowing (hadit) stepped back from the moment can observe things at pace much slower (bending time) allowing for the right effort in the right moment to come of it's own occurrence.
The Imaginary Friend
When we choose to perform the same act of creation an innocent child would, we have to shift mindsets to that of a child. This "child's magic" is not a lack of depth; it is a sophisticated state of being where the heart is open enough to see the world as vibrant, alive, and populated by sovereign souls. Invoking this magic requires moving past adult skepticism and into a space where integrity and faith create the necessary frequency for creation. -The Vision of the Child: To begin, you must view the world through a lens where everything has a soul. This shift allows you to recognize a companion not as an object, but as a friend who exists in the unseen world and is waiting for a face to look through. -Invoking Grace: By approaching this with the innocence of a child combined with the integrity of an adult, you call in "Grace." This is the power that bridges the gap between the material and the spiritual, allowing a simple act of creation to become a profound anchor for the spirit. This grace is the adult version of innocence. We can only claim this because we fought for it. We shifted from "I want" and I need" to "I am" to This is Mine." When we hit the mine stage, we recognize that we are worthy. We are in alignment with our higher self and Source. This is hard to do normally. Inviting in Grace into our imaginary friend, so they can feed us, bypasses that limit a bit. Imagination serves as a vital bridge that leads away from a harsh reality and into a sanctuary where healing begins. A gentle invitation is now open for any protective spirit that truly wants to come in and offer help. -The Choice to Stay: This new companion only stays if it chooses to be there, residing within a doll, a soft plushie, or even a smooth stone. Only that which an innocent child is allowed to play with may take on this form, as every creation must follow the laws of authentic innocence. -Claiming Your Grace: Innocence is a power that can be claimed at any moment, much like a child saying, "I have." Imagine sewing this grace into your new friend, allowing them to anchor your spirit in a safe reality and filter out the heavy, inherited somatic baggage passed down through generations.

this is a beautiful, very well described, process from moving out of the forward 3 - D chasing of things to the presence of being and knowing, this is mine.... I've always used the words, I am all that remains... In that, that space, if I am all that remains than nothing I want or desire is outside of my grasp it's all within the I that remains. I admit to liking your perspective way better then my flappity flip. lol... My brain always thinks inside out... Even in every instance of art creation when I was younger.. I always worked inside out.. drove my art teacher nuts.
