Hey guys - I built this really cool SEO Ranking Agent and thought this community would like it. Feel free to take it and customize it however you like. Below is a quick run-down of what it does. What it does every Monday at 7am: 1. Reads your keywords from a Google Sheet. 2. Checks where you rank for each one on Google, using DataForSEO. 3. Logs the result to a History tab and updates each keyword's last and best position. 4. Flags keywords that dropped, sit in positions 4–15, are outside the top 15, or where Google shows a different page than the one you want. 5. For the worst flagged keywords, fetches your page and the competitor page ranking above it. Claude then writes specific fixes: a new title, a new meta description, headings to add, missing subtopics and internal links. These go into an Actions tab with a priority. 6. Posts a Slack summary: what climbed, what slipped, what's new on page one, and what to fix first. If a run crashes, it sends a separate Slack alert.

Quick one for anyone dealing with ChatGPT UGC / short-form video scripts that sound fake and get scrolled past — I was too. Spent some time on it last week and found a way that actually works, and it’s free ($0/m): 1. Don’t ask AI for a “viral UGC script.” Paste 3 real customer lines (DM, review, or call quote) and say: “Write a 20–30 second talking-head script. Open with THEIR words. One problem, one result, one soft CTA. No ‘hey guys,’ no ‘game-changer,’ no feature list.” 2. Read it out loud once. If you wouldn’t say it on camera to a friend, cut that line. Keep only what sounds like a real person talking — then film on your phone. No fancy edit needed for the test. 3. Post 3 versions in 3 days (same offer, different opening line from those customer quotes). Track watch time / comments / DMs — not likes. Keep the opener that gets the most replies, kill the rest.
