Good morning Carson, Hope all is well. I have a couple of questions: When I qualify as a 4 -5 bed ALF, the state is supposed to "fund" me as 4 capacity regardless if I have the full 4 clients or its still per client? Please advise and thank you. Also, for my Administrator, does he/she have to have all fulfilled qualifications before we can start license application? Please advise and thank you.
