Open Dojo Wednesdays! 🥋
Tomorrow, we’re coming together for two opportunities to connect, explore, and learn from one another. 🛠️ 3–4 PM ET | Build With Me Have a business idea that’s been living in your head? Let’s explore how to bring it into reality! This week, we’ll use AI to work through target customers, brand identity, and offers. Bring your ideas, questions, challenges, and wins. We’ll figure things out together. 🥋 6–7 PM ET | Dojo Practice: Session 01 Our first practice explores Conscious Choice—noticing the choices available to us in everyday life, including when the choice is to pause, wait, or do nothing for now. A space to reflect, share, and learn through practice. Come for either session or both! No preparation needed, and participation is always voluntary. If you know someone who might enjoy joining us, feel free to invite them or share this post. 📅 Wednesday, October 21 Find both sessions and Zoom details in the Calendar: https://www.skool.com/goodsoullab/calendar Looking forward to seeing you there! Learn by Living. ❤️

Our First Dojo Practice
Thursday, October 22 · 7 PM Eastern We're gathering for our first live Good Soul Dojo Practice. Not another orientation. Not a lecture. An opportunity to explore Self-Trust and Conscious Choice through reflection, shared inquiry, and real-life Practice. We'll begin with a question: Given everything I know now, what do I consciously choose to carry forward? There's no need to prepare, perform, or share anything personal. You can listen, participate, or pass. We'll explore together, then leave with an invitation to try something small in everyday life. 60 minutes · Skool Call · Camera optional · No recording Find Dojo Practice: Session 01 in the Calendar to join. The invitation is open. Participation is always your choice. Good Soul Lab Is Becoming Good Soul Dojo
A note about what's changing here. This community began as Good Soul Lab, a space for exploring questions about self-trust, Human Authorship, and how we might live well. As GOOD SOUL has developed, its direction has become clearer. Good Soul Dojo is now the Practice home of GOOD SOUL. It's a place to explore meaningful questions together, turn ideas into lived Practice, and learn from what happens in everyday life. Our guiding rhythm is: Notice → Choose → Act → Encounter Reality → Reflect / Learn → Choose again. We've updated the community's orientation, participation guidelines, and Classroom to reflect this direction. What this means for you - You're welcome to remain in the community. - Participation in future Dojo sessions is entirely voluntary. - You're not expected to share personal experiences or complete exercises. - Our existing community history is being preserved. - We plan to transition the group from public to private to provide a more appropriate setting for member discussions. Private access will not guarantee confidentiality. We'll begin with small, experimental Practice gatherings and learn from the experience before committing to a larger membership model. If you're curious, explore START HERE — Good Soul Dojo in the Classroom. If this direction isn't what you originally joined for, that's completely understandable. You're free to step away. The invitation remains the same: How might we live well? We're simply beginning to practice the question together. — Adrian ——— GOOD SOUL How might we live well? 🌐 https://goodsoul.ai Instagram · TikTok · X: @thisisgoodsoul Good Soul Dojo is the Practice home of GOOD SOUL.

How We Practice Together
Welcome to Good Soul Dojo. We gather around a question: How might we live well? This is a place to practice Human Authorship through Self-Trust and Conscious Choice. We learn by living, together and individually. Our community rests on six principles. 1. Return the Pen Your life remains yours to author. Offer questions, perspectives, and experiences without assuming authority over another person's choices. Avoid unsolicited advice, rescuing, and diagnosis. 2. Practice by Choice Participation is voluntary. You may pass on an exercise, decline to disclose, disagree, adapt a practice, or step away. Belonging is not earned through performance or vulnerability. 3. Respect Privacy & Consent Share your own experiences responsibly. Do not record, screenshot, publish, or redistribute another member's contributions without explicit permission. Our current Skool community is public, and even private spaces cannot guarantee confidentiality. Share accordingly. 4. Be Honest, Curious & Kind We welcome thoughtful disagreement, uncertainty, and constructive challenge. Kindness does not require agreement or compulsory positivity. Critique ideas without attacking people. 5. Honor Practice Boundaries Good Soul Dojo is a space for inquiry, reflection, and lived Practice—not therapy, medical treatment, crisis intervention, or spiritual direction. We respect the boundaries of peer support and professional expertise. 6. Contribute, Don't Exploit No spam, unwanted solicitation, pressure to engage, or recruitment through personal disclosures. Respect others' time, attention, and autonomy. Our Practice Notice → Choose → Act → Encounter Reality → Reflect / Learn → Choose again. You don't need to have answers. You don't need to disclose your private life. You don't need to agree with everyone. Come willing to inquire, practice when useful, and allow experience to teach. The Dojo succeeds in life, not merely inside the Dojo. ——— Privacy & Consent Good Soul Dojo is a private Skool community. Only members can access community discussions, but membership does not guarantee confidentiality.

Episode 1, in the books. What a session.
Thank you to everyone who showed up for the first Good Soul Stack session. It wasn't perfect, and it didn't need to be. It was real, live, and enough. You walked away with actual configuration you can put into practice today, not just ideas to file away. That was the whole point of episode one. The feedback you gave afterward was genuinely useful, not just kind. It's already shaping how the next session runs: tighter focus on the core objective, just enough context to make it land without over-explaining, and a cleaner setup on my end so the walkthrough itself gets more airtime than the tech behind it. One small addition for next time: I'll record a quick intro so you can share it if you want to point someone toward this work. Missed it live, or want to rewatch? The recording's up: https://us06web.zoom.us/rec/share/mbcsQKu59sEt20nv9pI_xk4SdW1R4hnf6N3caYPHCZpxXvQyvLhci5K0V_xq1ibw.wN-vCRrDD8Uq9ZMa?startTime=1784824091000 Passcode: tU0@Y#nS This is one session in, with more to come. Good Soul Stack keeps going. Vote on what's next: - Getting Things Done with Sunsama - Tools for the fundamentals (eating, moving, sleeping, and more, Worth It format: theory, then real options at different price points) - Something else, drop your request in the comments Questions about anything from the session? Ask below, happy to keep unpacking.
