Getting IN
I'm AJ Gonzalez, founder of InvestaHaus. I've built my model around creative acquisitions and exit strategy, stacking multiple income streams and exits out of a single asset rather than chasing one playbook. I operate as a principal investor across the Southeast, with a bilingual operation that opens doors in the Latino market most rooms can't reach. I'm here to build real relationships with people, not collect business cards.🤑

Welcome @Alberto Gonzalez ! Looking forward to networkimg and learning.ore about the Latino space. That's a niche not many spend lots of time. Great to have you here!
Back in the game!
Hello, wanted to say hello and mention I worked with Flip man on some.deals a couple of years ago and made my way back to his teaching. Learned a lot over time, left the business and now I'm back. Currently on Zillow using Zompz to find some deals, make some offers and close. Glad to be here.

🏆 This Week's Top Contributors
This week's top contributors in Flippinars, ranked by points earned. 1. @Audrey Pray, Level 4. Kept calling, texting and emailing through a long weekend and posted the honest results. The same consistency she brings to the other room. 2. @Steve Hennigan, Level 3. Posted a run of sales lessons this week, including "I wish I had done this yesterday" and "Let's talk about the wholesaling journey", and got likes on each one. 3. @Emma Bassiri, Level 3. Put out a string of posts on the parts of this business people skip, from "the part nobody talks about" on Sept 29 to a question for the investors in the room this morning. 4. @Bernita Smith, Level 4. Ran Make Moves Monday on Sept 28 and Follow Up Friday on Oct 2, and asked the room a real question about slow areas on Sept 30. 5. @David Veney, Level 2. Jumped in on Sept 29 with a real question about getting the Zompz city list, and earned 9 points this week. 6. @Travis Rice, Level 2. Introduced himself on Sept 30 as new to land wholesaling but not new to sales, and earned 8 points this week. 7. @Sharron K Ferrell, Level 3. On Oct 1 she had a real conversation with an agent about the seller's motivation, and she is working off-market leads too. She earned 8 points this week. 8. @Georgette Neidam, Level 5. Holds Level 5 and earned 8 points in the room this week. 9. @Kenyon Thaxter, Level 2. Introduced himself on Sept 29 from upstate New York and said he is finally putting his foot on the pedal. 7 points this week. 10. @Beverly Winston, Level 3. Worked through excess tax surplus in her county on Sept 30 and posted the hard parts too, heirs included. 6 points this week. That is the bar. Real posts, real questions, real work, and it gets seen. See you all on tonight's call.

@Ty Flip Man Thursday
I wish I had done this Yesterday...
I just learned a valuable lesson the hard way… We ALL have those moments where we wonder, “Is this offer too low?” or “What if they say no?” Well… I let those thoughts get the best of me. 😩 🏠 Single Family Home 💰 Asking: $120,000 💵 Offer I was considering: $40,000 The property fit all my criteria from Zompz/Zillow, but the interior looked like it had been updated. I started second-guessing myself. "Maybe $40K is too low." "Maybe I should wait." "Maybe they'll never accept it." So I procrastinated… ONE DAY LATER — SOLD FOR $41,105. 🤦‍♂️ Talk about a lesson! Had I simply made the offer instead of overthinking it, I could potentially have had that property under contract today. The reality is simple: 👉 They can accept it. 👉 They can reject it. 👉 They can ignore it. But if you never make the offer, you already know the answer. 💡 My takeaway: Stop worrying so much about whether it will work out in your favor. Take the shot. You can always move on from a NO. Has procrastination or overthinking ever caused you to miss an opportunity? Newbies AND pros — I'd love to hear your experiences. 👇 Let's encourage each other in the comments!
