@Ty Flip Man Thursday
I wish I had done this Yesterday...
I just learned a valuable lesson the hard way… We ALL have those moments where we wonder, “Is this offer too low?” or “What if they say no?” Well… I let those thoughts get the best of me. 😩 🏠 Single Family Home 💰 Asking: $120,000 💵 Offer I was considering: $40,000 The property fit all my criteria from Zompz/Zillow, but the interior looked like it had been updated. I started second-guessing myself. "Maybe $40K is too low." "Maybe I should wait." "Maybe they'll never accept it." So I procrastinated… ONE DAY LATER — SOLD FOR $41,105. 🤦‍♂️ Talk about a lesson! Had I simply made the offer instead of overthinking it, I could potentially have had that property under contract today. The reality is simple: 👉 They can accept it. 👉 They can reject it. 👉 They can ignore it. But if you never make the offer, you already know the answer. 💡 My takeaway: Stop worrying so much about whether it will work out in your favor. Take the shot. You can always move on from a NO. Has procrastination or overthinking ever caused you to miss an opportunity? Newbies AND pros — I'd love to hear your experiences. 👇 Let's encourage each other in the comments!

@Travis Rice How's it working for you and them so far?

@Ty Flip Man @Travis Rice We ask them where we can send an offer.
One conversation away...
That contract you’re chasing might be one conversation away. 👀🔥 In wholesaling, you’ll hear “no” before you hear “yes.” You’ll lose deals. Miss opportunities. Get ghosted. Question your strategy. But every “no” is feedback—not a finish line. Whether you’re working on your first deal or your 100th, keep making calls, keep building relationships, keep learning, and keep putting yourself in position and most of all trust God! Talking to my self. Your next deal could be closer than you think. So be encouraged this week! What’s ONE thing you’re going to do differently in your wholesaling business this week? 👇🏾

@Ty Flip Man Yes sir! I like to encourage from where I am. This week, I'm going back to look at the email I sent and see if it needs restructuring and follow up with whom I have not heard from.

The money will come.” 📈 “Trust the process and keep pushing.” 🤝 “Build relationships. The right people make a difference.” 🙏 “Be patient. Your breakthrough is coming.” Drop your answer below! 👇 Let's encourage each other and keep building together. 💯 Who's ready to turn the next opportunity into a closed deal? 🚀
