@Adyan Tariq Allahumma baarik, if you memorize 1 page every day that is really good, most people struggle to do even that As for revision, the best way to motivate yourself is to understand the consequences of not revising. If you don't revise then you are basically undoing all your hard work when you are memorizing. If you keep that in mind you will be much more likely to take revision seriously Revision is not complicated, simply create for yourself a revision cycle, start from the last surah you memorized till surah an-Nas, and read 10-15 pages daily (one time). If you memorized 15 juz for example, which is 300 pages, you would finish all of it in 30 days if you revise 10 pages daily Keep a daily revision habit and increase it whenever you are able to, I hope that helps akhi

@Yacine Soumani May Allah enable you to do more I would advise you to develop a consistent memorization and revision habit, find a time that suits you, start small, and never leave it no matter what

@Eesaa Abdulwajid That's really good that you retained 4 Juz, that shows you are definitely able to retain the remaining 3 Make for yourself a revision cycle where you review all your 7 juz in the span 2-3 weeks Read just 10 pages daily and you will finish all your 7 juz (140 pages) in 14 days Hope that helps

My goal is to maintain my daily revision of 2 Juz + 12 Pages and slowly increase it over time. Ideally getting used to it for 2 weeks then increasing 3 pages more One of the days I struggled and only read around 1 juz and a half, I hope to prevent that from happening in the future!
Hifz and Mental Health?
🎯 Barely anyone talks about this, but don't neglect your mental health throughout your hifz journey 💥 I used to stress so much about finishing my hifz as fast as possible, but it actually slowed down my progress 🗓️ Some days I would feel so overwhelmed that I would just take a break for a day straight and not memorize anything, because of all the stress 👎 Negativity doesn't benefit you in anything except slowing you down, whilst positivity encourages action and consistency ✅ If you put in effort and trust in Allah, there is no reason why you cannot memorize the Quran 📖 Allah said in Surah Taha (20:2-3): We have not sent down the Qur’an unto you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) to cause you distress, But only as a Reminder to those who fear (Allah) 💬 Let me know if you have had similar experiences of stressing about hifz and how you have or can overcome it
