Congrats @Zachary Collins, 13k to 40k in a few months is insane! Curious how you handled delivery while scaling that fast. Did you hire, or build systems to keep up with all the new clients?
10k what'sapp contacts
Hello fellas, got a new client with 10k wa contacts (current & old clients), wanna do something with it on ghl, never bulk sent with what's app wondering if anybody has any experience with it and could advise. Glad to be here.

Thure’s @Thure Sander right about the regular app getting banned. For 10k contacts I’d look at the official WhatsApp Business API instead (GHL has a WhatsApp integration that runs on it). @Be Boga You send approved templates, pay a small fee per conversation, and your daily limit grows as long as people aren’t blocking you. I’d start with the most recent clients, send a simple “still interested in X?” message, and only keep messaging the people who reply. Good engagement early is what unlocks higher limits.

@Be Boga Wa iyyak brother🫶Yes, hundreds a day is realistic. New accounts usually start with a limit of a few hundred conversations a day, and it goes up to 1,000+ once Meta verifies the business and your messages keep a good quality rating (not many blocks or reports). So with 10k contacts, I’d split them into batches, warmest first, and let the limit grow as you go. Best of luuuck
Lead Form Questions/Qualifying
I'm always curious if I'm doing my lead forms correctly in terms of questioning. I usually ask some form of budget timeframe and/or location (if FB targeting is off). For budget I phrase it as what "type" of X do you want (kitchen, bathroom, etc) and give a name for each range (Ex: Premium: €15 - 20K). What sort of questions do you guys ask, or how do you phrase them? I feel like phrasing/wording matters a lot with these questions as they change how someone interprets them. Like for timeframes, should you be asking "When are you ready to start?" or should it be a more financial question on if they have the funds for it now?

Great thread. Glen’s @Glen Hutsell stage question is a smart one. On whether to kick out “gathering prices” people, I wouldn’t throw them away, I’d route them. “Ready to choose” gets an instant call, “comparing estimates” gets a call the same day, and “gathering ideas” goes into a short SMS/email nurture (project photos, rough pricing, a “ready to chat?” message in 2–3 weeks). A lot of those turn into jobs a month later, and the contractor never pays for the same lead twice. @Charlie Martin
