Week 3 $1K Accelerator Sprint Update Quick update for everyone in the $1K Accelerator Sprint. Because of an unexpected water main break, the city of Phoenix is relocating us in a local hotel for at least 2 months. So I need to resheduke today’s Week 3 session to get 2 months of stuff packed and moved. But I do NOT want you to miss this training, because Week 3 is an important one. We’re moving into building your offer and turning the opportunity you identified into something people can actually say YES to. So we are rescheduling Week 3 for next Friday he 28th at 1:30 PM Arizona time. That means you have a little extra time to finish your Week 2 work, tighten up your dream customer, painful problem, desired result, and opportunity statement before we build your offer together. This last week has NOT gone according to my usual plan. An unexpected water main break down the street affected my home. It quickly turned into a flooded apartment dealing with water damage, and the City of Phoenix telling us that they will be moving us to a hotel for the next 2 months while they repair the damage to our home. I even had to reschedule the Week 3 session of the $1K Accelerator Sprint I’m mentoring. And I’ll admit something… I’ve struggled to stay focused on my business in the middle of all this activity. Then one of my mentees, Theresa Lee Smith, left me a comment that stopped me for a minute: “Love your PMA — Positive Mental Attitude when life keeps giving us challenges. You keep going strong.” My response was simple: I have to. I’m building my dream life and helping other people build theirs. I have to stay positive. But staying positive doesn’t mean things don’t knock you off track. Sometimes they do. The important part is learning how to find your way back to the process. Here are 3 things I’m doing to get focused again: 1. Go back to your anchor. For me, that’s the Funnel Builder Certification training - Badge 8. Instead of trying to figure out everything I missed or everything I need to catch up on, I go back to the process and get back to the next step. 2. Shrink the goal. When life gets chaotic, the answer isn’t always doing MORE. So I ask myself: “What’s the ONE thing I can complete today that moves my business forward?” One follow-up. One funnel section. One prospect conversation. One post. Small progress gets the wheels moving again. 3. Give yourself permission to adjust the plan — without abandoning the goal. I had to adjust everything I am doing and had to do that in.a hotel without most of my home office conveniences . The schedule may have to change. The strategy may have to change. The timeline may have to change. But the goal and destination haven't change. I’m still building. I’m still learning. I’m still mentoring.
