The MLS Side of the Table 🏡☕
Thank you to @Tene Morris for joining us and bringing a perspective we do not always get to explore on these calls. This week we looked at real estate acquisition from the traditional side. We covered current market conditions, where interest rates stand today, and the most common questions investors have when working with a realtor to acquire properties. A good reminder that on-market deals are still very much in play and having the right agent in your corner makes a difference. Go back and check the replay if you missed it. Cost Segregation 💼☕
Thank you to @Belinda Prattis of CSSI for joining us and walking us through one of the most underutilized strategies in real estate investing. We covered what cost segregation is, what it actually involves, why it matters for property owners, the bucket analogy that makes it all click, and some of the most common concerns investors have going into it. Belinda is one of those people who can make a complex topic feel straightforward and she did exactly that. Multilingual, well-spoken, and clearly passionate about what she does. We really enjoyed having her in the room. Go back and check the replay if you missed it.🔥 For more info: @Belinda Prattis | National Cost Seg Advisor (410) 977-8878 [email protected] www.costseglady.com Instagram: @TheCostSegLady

Cost Segregation 💼☕
Your first property deal probably won’t change your life overnight.
But it could change the direction of your journey. Your first deal doesn’t have to be your biggest deal, your most profitable deal, or the perfect deal. It just needs to be the one that gets you started. Everyone starts somewhere, and there’s a lot to learn from hearing what other investors are working toward. For those currently looking for their first deal, or working towards the next one, what type of property opportunity are you hoping to close? Would be great to hear what everyone is focusing on at the moment.
