how do you handle tolls? 3 months in and just got my first one. going to dispute it like the instructions on the back of it say, but is there a way to automatically have notices sent to the renters address? or is there software for that.

So an avis rental car rear ended one of our cars. Nothing major. Lil dent in the trunk and bumper. Been trying to find a number for Avis or anything to start a claim. Anyone dealt with them before or know what to do?
