Waves look mad, man, but you should style them a bit since they don't have much of a direction, like some of your hair is going forward and doesn't look good (I'm referring to the ones highlighted in the image below). They would look so much better if those were backwards instead of forwards, and as for your hair in front, style it but not as much so you don't lose your definition, but definitely work on volume evenness since one side is slightly taller than the other. Other than that, it looks good, man!.
