Welcome Gale and Donna
All Things Health
I had someone ask me today about the health community on Skool and what was available to people beyond what their insurance etc covers. My answer was A LOT, A TON, SO MUCH! Skool has literally thousands of health communities. Self-help/awareness, gallbladder, prostate, mental health, trauma, faith, walking, respiratory practitioners, Ayurvedic medicine ... OH WAIT! That is all available in The Health Exchange and much more! Ask Lynne's Health Exchange - find your health help there!

@Lynne Vella Yes, I am looking forward to our conversation
👻 FREAKY FRIDAY: Wait… HOW is it already Q4?! 😳
October is here, which means we're officially in the final quarter of the year. And before everyone starts talking about “finishing strong”… Let's pause for a second. Because maybe you don't need another massive goal. Maybe you need to look at what you've already started and ask: 👉 What actually matters for the next 3 months? Your Skool community. Your members. Your content. Your visibility. Your income. Or maybe simply getting your systems under control. So here's your Q4 Freaky Friday challenge: 🎯 Choose ONE thing you want to move forward between now and the end of December. Not ten things. ONE. Then finish this sentence: “By the end of Q4, I want to…” It could be something big. Or something you've been putting off for months. 👇 Tell us yours. Let's see what the Nexus community is working towards as we head into the final stretch of 2026. And who knows… maybe someone here has exactly the connection, idea or encouragement you need. ❤️

I know, Q4 and I am still here, still trying to make it all work, tossing another plate up and trying to keep it spinning.

@Lisa Viviers I can do that. Thank you.
How Long Does it Take You To Get In to See Your Doctor?
Ask Lynne's Health Exchange, is built around plain-language health information. The idea is that when you understand your diagnoses, lab results, imaging reports, and consultations, you can ask better questions of your healthcare providers and take a real part in your own decisions. Members learn from me (retired nurse) and from other health-related communities, so the explanations come from people who know the territory. So again I ask, how long is it taking you to get in to see your doctor? AND 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 - 𝗔 𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿?

Five to ten minutes, but then I am using the pay per use system. It takes hours under the Thai healtcare system.
Freebie Consultation!
As I build out my one-on-one consultations in Ask Lynne's Health Exchange, 𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲, 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗶𝘁, 𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽. This is my offer in my 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺! I will leave it here for those thinking they may be interested as well. 𝗔𝘀𝗸 𝗟𝘆𝗻𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 - 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘀, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀? Ask Lynne will provide 60 minutes of 1:1 time to help you to understand the information you have been given by your healthcare provider. This will be a plain-language breakdown, so you will feel more prepared for you next conversation with that provider. This is 60 minutes of live, one-on-one time with Lynne, by phone or video, but it's more than just extra time. This session includes a full review of up to three of your medical documents beforehand, so we go in prepared and focused, and it ends with a personalized written summary you can keep and return to. You may be wondering, why not just go back to your doctor or nurse practitioner? A follow up appointment can take weeks to book, often runs just 10 to 15 minutes, and leaves little room to slow down and actually understand what was said. If you choose to do this as a video call, we can record it and the video will be sent to you for review as many times as you need. If you are interested, join my free Health Exchange, state in the comments below that you are joining for this reason and the first person interested will get the freebie! I am also open to comments on my offer, which I have had some help with, but more is always appreciated. Thanks All!

A good idea for someone with the information ready to go. You say 60 min in your text, but the image says 1/2 hr?
